ARC/Annual due 10/26. 2025 was our first ARC and Annual since coming into group ownership, so a very thorough deep maintenance was conducted: It involved going back through the history to 1970, checking every single AD had been actioned, and no expense was spared when conducting any remedial work that was needed..
As a result, this is probably one of the best example of a PA28 Cherokee - 140 out there and amongst the cheapest flying available in an outstanding low-hours aircraft.
The well-established group are looking for careful pilots with over 100hrs. No hours-building; share is for pleasure flying. There is currently a good mix of skills and experience in the group, including airline pilots and an AME. It is felt if this aircraft were available for sale outright, it would be worth somewhere in the region of £75k.
Excellent availability, and shared flying between group members is encouraged.
I am selling my share because I own another aircraft and am instructing elsewhere, nearer to my home, hence I simply don't get the time to fly RM.
(Aircraft is kept in a hangar and also has a high-quality cover).
