Maintenance is supervised by a professional aircraft mechanic . A good opportunity to purchase a low-time RV-12 (115h), at a reasonable cost. The new kit prices have significantly risen for a new kit. This RV-12 flies beautifully and is a fast model. Wings are easily removable in 5mins.
