Who publishes Planenest

A search engine for adverts
Planenest gathers aircraft adverts and job offers published on other sites across Europe, presents them in one format so they can be compared, and always links back to the original advert. It is not a seller, a broker or an intermediary: we own no aircraft, take no commission and play no part in any sale.
Free
Searching and reading adverts is open to all, with no account. The account is free too. Should a paid service ever appear, its terms will be shown to you before you commit to anything.
The adverts, and what they are worth
What you read here was written elsewhere. Here is what we do with it, and where that stops.
Where the adverts come from
Their sellers published them on third-party sites. Each advert names its source and links to the original, which prevails in case of doubt. Its text and photographs remain the property of their author and of the site that publishes them.
What we do with them
We read each advert automatically to bring it into one format: type, year, airframe hours, country, price. That reading can be wrong, on a misread field or an ambiguous advert. Before deciding anything, check with the source and with the seller.
Prices
A price published in another currency is converted into euros as a guide. The price that binds the seller is the one in their advert.
An advert that disappears
When an advert leaves the site it was published on, we assume it was sold or withdrawn. It stays readable here, marked as such, for the price history.
Removing an advert, or a whole site
You are the seller and do not want your advert here, or you run a site we read and want out? Write to contact@planenest.com: it is removed within 48 hours, no questions asked. How we read sites is described at planenest.com/bot.
What is ours
The Planenest name and logo, the look of the site, its code, and the advert database itself: the common format, the matching of duplicates and the price history.
Buying, selling, applying
It all happens at the source, between you. A few words of advice before you pay.
Contact happens at the source
We keep no seller contact details. To contact a seller or apply for a job, you follow the link to the site where it is published, and the exchange happens there.
Planenest is not a party to the sale
The aircraft's condition, its airworthiness, its documents, the price and the payment are settled between buyer and seller. Have the aircraft and its documents inspected before you pay.
Beware of scams
A price too good to be true, a seller who refuses a viewing or wants a deposit by bank transfer before showing you the aircraft: these are classic signs of fraud. Planenest will never ask you for a payment or bank details. An advert looks suspicious? Report it to us.
Your account, and what we expect of everyone
The site is open and the account optional. Here is what it offers, and what is not allowed.
What an account offers
Keeping adverts aside, hiding the ones that do not interest you, and saving searches with their alerts.
What we expect of you
Being 16 or older, a valid email address that is yours, and a password you keep to yourself. What is done from your account is deemed done by you.
Alerts
They are off by default, and every message lets you stop them in one click. We send them as best we can, but an alert can arrive late or miss an advert: do not rely on it alone for an urgent deal.
Closing an account
Write to us from the account's address and we delete it; the details are in the privacy policy. For our part, we may suspend or close an account used against these terms, writing to you first unless it is urgent.
No bulk copying
Every advert is read, brought into one format, matched with its duplicates and followed over time: that is our work, and it has value. Extracting the site's content in bulk, by robot or otherwise, to republish or reuse it elsewhere is not allowed without our written consent. A search engine crawler that identifies itself and respects our robots.txt remains welcome.
Do no harm
No intrusion attempts, no deliberate overloading, no getting around the site's protections, no impersonation. Sharing a link to an advert or a search, on the other hand, is what the site is for.
What we guarantee, and if we disagree
What we can promise, what we cannot, and the law that applies.
The site as it is
We do our best to keep adverts accurate, complete and current, and the site available. We cannot guarantee it: a source can change, a reading can be wrong, and the site can be interrupted for maintenance.
Our liability
We are not liable for a decision made on the strength of an advert, nor for what happens between a buyer and a seller. Nothing in these terms excludes our liability where the law forbids it, in particular for intentional or gross misconduct.
Other sites
Our links lead to sites we do not control. Their content, their terms and the way they handle your data are their own.
When these terms change
The date at the top of the page shows the latest version. If a change significantly affects accounts, we announce it by email before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of Brussels have jurisdiction, unless a consumer protection rule designates others.
If we disagree
Write to us first at contact@planenest.com: a person reads every message. If we cannot agree, you can turn to the Consumer Mediation Service, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8 box 1, 1000 Brussels, consumerombudsman.be.
A mistake in an advert?
A misread price, a sold aircraft still showing, an advert that should not be here: tell us, and we correct it or remove it within 48 hours.
We update this page when the service changes, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
