Who publishes Planenest
Oonest SRL, a limited liability company under Belgian law, with its registered office at Boulevard Saint-Michel 113-115, 1040 Etterbeek, entered in the Belgian Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0783.850.070 and represented by its director Samuel Lefever. It is the data controller.

contact@planenest.com, for any question about your data, a request for access, or a deletion. We answer within one month.
No advertising
No advertising profiling, no sale or rental of data. This site does not live off your attention.
No trackers
No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party ad network. The only audience measurement is described below, and it sets no cookie.
No seller contact details
For the adverts we aggregate we store neither telephone numbers nor email addresses. To reach a seller you follow the link to the site where their advert was published, and the contact happens there.
Two cookies, and no banner
Your session and your display language, both necessary to run the site. Neither is used to track you, we set no others, and that is why no banner asks you anything. The detail is in the cookie policy.
What we process, and why
Every piece of data we keep answers something you did. Without an account, we keep nothing that names you.
Visiting the site
We measure audience with Plausible Analytics, a European service that sets no measurement cookie, does not follow you from one site to another and builds no individual profile. What we read from it are totals: pages viewed, where visitors came from, and how many clicks went out to the source sites.
Server logs
Our servers keep the usual access logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp — for 30 days, for security and fault diagnosis, then erase them.
Creating an account
An account serves three purposes only: keeping adverts aside, hiding the ones that do not interest you, and saving searches with their alerts. We then keep your name, your email address and a password we store only as a hash, along with what you put there: saved adverts, hidden adverts, saved searches.
Signing in with Google
If you choose this way in, Google passes us your name, your email address and an account identifier, and nothing else: we have no access to your mailbox, your contacts, or your other Google services. Google, for its part, learns that you sign in here. The password remains available: this is a convenience, not an obligation.
Email alerts
A saved search can write to you when a matching advert appears, or when one of them drops its price. These are off by default and happen only if you ask for them. Every message carries a link that stops that alert, or all of your alerts, in one click and without a password.
Write to us
Messages sent to contact@planenest.com or through the contact form are kept in our ticketing tool, so that we can answer you and find the exchange again if it goes further, then erased two years after the request is closed.
Your rights and our undertakings
European regulation gives you rights that we exercise on your request, without your having to justify it.
On what legal basis
Your account, your lists and your searches: performance of the service you asked for by creating an account (article 6.1.b). Alerts: your consent, withdrawn in one click (article 6.1.a). Audience measurement and server logs: our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works and in protecting it (article 6.1.f).
For how long
Your account, for as long as it exists: deletion is carried out within 30 days of your request, and its content goes with it. Server logs, 30 days. Contact messages, two years after closing. An alert is stopped immediately.
Who your data is passed to
To no one but technical providers acting on our instructions: OVHcloud, which hosts the site and the database in Paris and carries our email; Niboo SRL, in Brussels, which operates that infrastructure on our behalf; Plausible Analytics, in the European Union, for audience measurement; and Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google. Nothing is sold or rented.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to contact@planenest.com: we answer within one month.
Making a complaint
If our answer does not satisfy you, you can refer the matter to the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be, competent for a company established in Belgium.
The adverts we aggregate
The adverts shown here were published elsewhere: every listing names its source and links to the original advert. If you are selling an aircraft whose advert appears here and you no longer want it to, write to us: we take it down within 48 hours, without argument. The same holds for a source site that asks to be removed.
Deleting your account
There is no button: write to us from the account's own address and we delete it. You owe us no reason and nothing to justify.
What goes: your account and its profile, your saved adverts, the ones you hid, your saved searches and the alerts that go with them. We carry out the request within 30 days and write to you when it is done.
What survives for a while, and why: the server logs, 30 days, for security; and our exchange of emails, two years, because a deletion request is precisely the thing whose execution we must be able to prove. We will ask you to write from the account's address, or to confirm it, so that nobody can have someone else's account deleted on a bare request.
