Piper Super Cub L18c PA18-95

Much treasured 1952 90hp Super Cub for sale, with a recently revalidated permit. The engine has also recently been the subject of a full inspection. The aircraft has been in my ownership for the past 16 years, and that of friends since 1984. The L18c is considered by many to be the sweet spot of the Super Cub range, given that it has the advantages of operating on a Permit to Fly, whilst being a very useful touring aeroplane with 130 litres of fuel giving six hours endurance, and a cruise in excess of 80 knots. It is also significantly lighter and more delicate to fly than the larger-engined models and is a highly capable short-field machine. Permit valid until April 2027.
