PA-28-201T Turbo Arrow IV PLUS The aircraft passed the test by Camo and Check-Pilot. I prefer an engine.repair from Röder to an overhauled engine from someon else. Since my medical has not been renewed, I have to sell the aircraft. Through markings on the camshaft and Corrosion in Zylinder . (The plane wasn't flown enough). The Engine was repaired, With new valves, guides, pushrods, Piston rings, crankshaft and connecting road bearings. The cylinders were honed, the crankshaft was ground in the USA. The magnets, propeller and the governor have been overhauled. The chassis tires were replaced and The brake discs were replaced. the Suction Pumpe were replaced. The Fuel Pumpe were Overhot by Röder, Egelsbach. The Tanks were removed and installed for a corrosion check. The Oxygen-Tank was removed to allow for more payload. The Avionics were checked. The Aircraft is equipped according to instrument conditions. The aircraft was reweighed. 1980 Piper PA-28-201 Turbo Arrow IV PLUS = more Power though Intercooler. Turbo PLUS =(Intercooler, Coolflaps, Exhaustgas-6- Cylinderdisplay, Speedbreaker.) TT 1549, Motor 235 STD SMOH Continental, TSIO-360 – FB Jetzt nach der Motorinstandsetzung dürften Verlängerungen über Jahre dürfte kein Problem sein. Magnete, Bremsen und Governor überholt, Fahrwerk-Reifen neu. Korrosion-Inspektion neu. Neu: Motorinstandsetzung; Zylinder geschliffen, Ventile und Führungen erneuert, Kurbelwelle und Pleuel neu gelagert, Nockenwelle erneuert. Arbeiten wurden durchgeführt von Fa. Röder, Egelsbach. Für mehr Zuladung wurde die Sauerstofflasche ausgebaut. Verkauf, da keine Medical-Verlängerung bei mir mehr möglich war. TT 1549, 235 STD SMOH Continental engine, TSIO-360 – FB. Now, after the engine overhaul, extensions for years to come should be no problem. Magnets, brakes, and governor overhauled; new suspension and tires. Corrosion inspection recently completed. New: Engine overhaul; cylinders honed, valves and guides replaced, crankshaft and connecting rod bearings replaced, camshaft replaced. Work was carried out by Röder, Egelsbach. The oxygen cylinder was removed to increase payload capacity. Sold because I was no longer eligible for a medical certificate extension.
