The AX2000 is a robust factory built microlight ideal for hour building, with a maximum take off weight 450kg. The empty weight is only 215kg leaving 235kg of usefull load, two adults @ 90kg each, baggage and full fuel (60 Ltrs / 45kg) which gives 4 hours flight time at cruise speed. Similar microlights (xair) will be over weight with the same load. AX2000 which I have owned for 4 years and completed 110 hours in. Easy to fly and cheap to run with a Rotax 582 with ONLY 70 hours run time since full overhaul by Ecclestone aviation. Covered in xlam so no bets test required. Everything works as it should.
