No accidents, well maintained, very good overall condition. Oil analysis shows no abnormalities. Battery replaced by RG25XC in 02/2025. During the 100-hour inspection (March 2026, at 1,245 hours): Engine shock mounts replaced, Elevator trim hinge replaced, Landing gear (landing gear spring) completely replaced, Tires, brake discs, and brake pads replaced, Rudder control cables replaced, Aileron bearings re-secured, Tailwheel fork replaced and tailwheel replaced, ELT battery replaced. Aircraft has new rod ends, has undergone its 1,000-hour inspection. New landing gear (no accident history).
