DALLACH D4 FASCINATION VLA COMPLEX S/N 1004 — THE LAST OF ONLY THREE AIRCRAFT BUILT THIS IS NOT THE FASCINATION YOU SEE IN OTHER LISTINGS. If you have seen Dallach Fascination aircraft advertised before, this particular aircraft is something different. Offered here is a Dallach D4 Fascination VLA Complex, S/N 1004, belonging to an exceptionally short production series. Only three VLA Complex aircraft were built: S/N 1002, S/N 1003 and S/N 1004. This aircraft, S/N 1004, is the last aircraft built in this series. To the best of my knowledge, it is currently the only flying example of this configuration in the world. It is the VLA Complex configuration that sets this aircraft apart from the Fascination aircraft commonly seen in other listings. This aircraft features: • retractable landing gear • constant-speed variable-pitch propeller • fully certified VLA (Very Light Aircraft) configuration • 650 kg MTOW • Rotax 912 S2 – 100 HP The Dallach Fascination is a highly aerodynamic composite aircraft offering impressive performance with low fuel consumption. Cruise speed is approximately 130 KT, with fuel consumption of around 15–17 litres/hour. With 164 litres of fuel capacity, this provides an excellent combination of speed, economy and range. This is an interesting aircraft for a collector, aviation enthusiast or pilot looking for something genuinely different. It can also be an attractive platform for building flight time and gaining experience on a Complex aircraft, with retractable landing gear and a constant-speed propeller.
