1/4 Anteil einer Aeroprakt A-22L in Spanien (2015)

Verkaufe meinen 25% Anteil. Das UL ist spanisch-registriert und in Spanien stationiert, nahe bei Granada (Andalusien). Gemütlicher, ruhiger FLugplatz. Fliegen ohne Flugleiter. Das FLugzeug ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die anderen 3 Mitbesitzer sind Spanier, die aber relativ wenig fliegen. Ich habe einige Jahre dort gewohnt, aber inzwischen nach Deutschland zurückgekehrt und daher möchte in meinen Part verkaufen. Man kann seit dem 1. April 2026 in Spanien ULs auch mit einem LAPL, PPL, CPL etc. fliegen und muss nicht mehr eine nationale UL Lizenz erwerben. Das macht es auch für Urlauber/Ferienwohnungsbesitzer in Andalusien interessant (Malaga ist ca 1.5 Autostunden entfernt).
