That's us, in your logs.
PlanenestBot/0.1 (+https://planenest.com/bot; contact@planenest.com) — if that line has gone past your server, this page is for you.
PlaneNest gathers the light aircraft adverts published across Europe and sends every visitor back to the original advert, at whoever published it. We sell nothing and own no aircraft.
48 hours between your request and your site being out entirely. No negotiation, no conditions.
What a webmaster wants to know
Six short answers. The first is probably the one you came for.
How do I get my site taken out?
A word to contact@planenest.com and your site is out within 48 hours, with no reason to give.
How do I block you myself?
One line in your robots.txt is enough, and there is nobody to tell: User-agent: PlanenestBot then Disallow: /
Do you obey my robots.txt?
Yes. It is read before every pass and applied, including a rule aimed at us alone. A site that explicitly blocks robots is not read at all.
How often do you read my site?
One pass a day, never more, and the delay your site declares between two pages is honoured as it stands — ten seconds to a minute depending on the site. A full reading therefore takes hours rather than minutes, which is the intention.
What becomes of an advert at our end?
It is brought to the same format as the adverts of every other site so that it can be searched, it carries your site's name, and its button leads back to your page. PlaneNest sells nothing and owns no aircraft: an interested buyer leaves for your site.
Do you keep my sellers' contact details?
No. No seller's contact details are kept for an aggregated advert: contact happens at your end, which is also why we have no need of them.
A removal request, a correction, a question?
One address, read by a person: contact@planenest.com. Removal requests come before everything else.
