ROBIN DR400/140 Restoration Project or Partnership Opportunity

Substantially complete, dismantled 1972 Robin DR400/140 restoration project with a 150 hp Lycoming O-320-E2A installation. Certified structural and fabric repairs to the wings, rudder and stabilator completed. Substantial historic maintenance records and supporting paperwork available. Several possibilities would be considered: Outright purchase: Offers invited for the complete project; Purchase by instalments; Restoration partnership: My preference is to see G-BAGR returned to flying condition, and I am open to sensible proposals that would achieve this. 1972 Robin DR400/140, G-BAGR, offered as a substantially complete restoration and reassembly project. The aircraft is currently dismantled, with significant expenditure already undertaken on structural repairs. Work completed includes: Professional repairs to the wings. Repairs to the rudder and stabilator. Supporting documentation for the completed repair work. The aircraft includes its Lycoming O-320 engine, together with extensive components, equipment and surviving aircraft documentation. Further work and expenditure will be required before the aircraft can be returned to flying condition. The aircraft is therefore offered strictly as a restoration project and not as an airworthy aircraft. Several possibilities would be considered: Outright purchase: Offers invited for the complete project. Purchase by instalments: A suitable arrangement could be agreed with a purchaser wishing to spread the acquisition cost over an agreed period. Restoration partnership: I would also be interested in discussing a partnership with someone who has the necessary engineering experience, facilities and enthusiasm to complete the restoration, potentially contributing their labour in return for an ownership interest. My preference is to see G-BAGR returned to flying condition, and I am open to sensible proposals that would achieve this. Further information, photographs and details of the completed repairs are available to genuinely interested parties. Offers and enquiries invited.
