Exterior in good condition with low degree of corrosion and paint chips. Cockpit door seal slightly worn. Interior in decent shape with few minor stains. Open items: SB 1161 and SB 1377 (fatigue on main landing gear) to be rectified by maintenance in the coming weeks. Aircraft currently non-airworthy due to SB 1377; last flight was in May 2025.
