Piper PA-28 Arrow IV

A fantastic opportunity to form an equity group based at the enormously popular Wellesbourne airfield. Utilising an Arrow IV, the whole of the UK is in easy reach, as are the more local airfields around the Midlands which host some tremendous events (e.g. Sleapkosh) and enjoy great facilities (e.g. Halfpenny Green). The aircraft is already in ownership; the intention is to create up to 2 additional shares and form a small group. The aircraft is currently undergoing an annual. The intention is to upgrade avionics beyond the current fit (G5 x2, GNS 430, GNC 255A, KR87 etc) to add: engine monitor and autopilot (slot booked at Turweston in February 2027); GTN 650xi (February 2028); engine overhaul (February 2029). Happy to discuss pricing to establish a good equity structure and provide a runaway for upgrades to come. The intention is for this a/c to be used by group members for extended touring. A small group ensures great availability whilst offering reasonable costs. Being based locally to Wellesbourne I'm keen to establish a group based there. I currently lease an Arrow IV to a flying school but am preparing to take one of the a/c off lease and form an equity group around it instead (and I would be one of the shareholders). The aircraft benefits from being professionally used and maintained since I purchased in 2018. The aircraft has been upgraded (bare metal respray, interior), avionics (G5 x 2, audio panel and nav/comm), has a three blade prop (useful for a bit more bite into and out of smaller airfields). The plan is to further upgrade the aircraft over time.
