Schempp-Hirth Std. Cirrus B for Sale This Std. Cirrus B is well maintained. The aircraft has been carefully looked after and offers an excellent package for cross-country and local flying. The glider is in good shape and ready to be flown after renewal of the ARC. The glider has been professionally overhauled in 2000. The paintwork is showing its age and is not perfect anymore. During the winter of 2024, we overhauled the entire interior and added aileron fences. This included removing all the old paint and interior trim. We repainted the interior and installed new fabric, including a solution to add removable side pockets. In 2021, the full 3-strobe anti-collision lights made by AeroFlash (1250 euros) were installed, which are connected to the Flarm. Last year, I added a movable carbon fiber seat to the cockpit, ensuring smaller pilots can also reach the panel and sit comfortably. All documentation is in order and present (No Form 1, but 123 forms). The water tanks have been used frequently in the past and have been tested to be leak-free. Currently, the glider has no ARC because it expired on September 21st 2026. It is possible to buy the glider with a fresh ARC. The glider is equipped with a tailwheel. The glider is offered as a very complete package, but can also be sold with only the essentials.
