Exterior: Overall white with gold and black accent stripes, in good condition (7 of 10). Interior: Beige synthetic leather interior with orange carpet, showing signs of wear and humidity damage (4 of 10). Damage history: November 8, 2019 nose landing gear retracted during taxi, resulting in repairs to the nose landing gear, landing gear leg and engine mount. February 2020 tail cone replaced after a crack was detected during inspection. All repairs are documented. Engine: Continental TSIO-520-BE1F, 310 hp, TBO 1,600 hr or 12 years, 837 SMOH completed in 2002, leak test: 78 / 76 / 76 / 78 / 78 / 76 of 80 psi. Propeller: MT-Propeller MTV-14-D/195-30b, 4-blade, TBO 2,400 hr or 6 years, 14 h since new, installed April 2022. Annual and 100-hr inspection completed August 2026 at 3,238 hrs TT. New battery and tires installed. Three new landing gear actuators and new landing gear hoses installed. All engine hoses replaced. Fuel injection nozzles cleaned and tested. Engine oil and filter changed. Engine mount, exhaust system, landing gear and hydraulic system inspected with satisfactory results. Current AD research completed through FAA Biweekly 2026-16.
