Embraer Phenom 100

We are excited to bring to market this outstanding Embraer Phenom 100 built in late 2012 with the latest Garmin G1000Nxi avionics upgrades. With just over 3100 hours since new the aircraft is in fantastic condition and benefits from exterior paint just completed 2025. With the solid toilet door you have the added privacy for the restroom as well as making the cabin quieter during flight. The ten year landing gear overhaul was completed in 2022 so next due in 2032, no major maintenance tasks due for the forceable future and any due inspections will be completed prior to sale. Currently in Part91 operations from Florida and hours will increase currently 3130 hours as of May 2025. A little about the G1000 NXi upgrade, this installation was completed in 2024 and is currently under warranty with Garmin, it brings the G1000 avionics suit up to date offering many advancements over the original G1000 that was released in the early 2000's. With the latest in high speed processing power, bluetooth connectivity to iPad apps such as Foreflight and Garmin Pilot it reduces pilot workload and makes flying this Phenom a pleasure. The weather radar has also been upgraded at the same time to the latest digital Garmin GWX75. Owner is currently looking for a Citation X as they need extra space and range. We currently operate the aircraft for the current owners and could offer management and crew services if required by the buyer, the aircraft is currently located in our facilities at KFPR Fort Pierce, Florida. They would also be interested in a part exchange for the right aircraft.
