The only known repair was to the undercarriage following a bumpy outlanding. Canopy has a classic crack visible in photos, stable and properly secured, unchanged throughout 9 years of ownership.

DG 300 Premium Avionics
I am selling my DG-300 ELAN after 9 seasons and around 600 hours I have personally flown on it. This is the glider that took me from my first serious cross-country flights all the way to my Gold and Diamond badges, and it can do the same for its next owner.
Always privately owned, regularly inspected, serviced, and kept to a very high standard. All bulletins are up to date, including an optional but highly recommended bulletin securing the undercarriage release lever against accidental retraction on rough ground. Stored in the trailer most of the time, and in dry hangars every off-season.
The glider has never sustained serious damage. The only known repair was to the undercarriage following a bumpy outlanding.
The previous owner flew it for 6 years and around 700 hours before moving up to an 18m glider. I'm now taking exactly the same step.
WHY THIS GLIDER
A complete, ready-to-fly package. Everything that usually has to be added or upgraded after buying an glider has already been done: premium avionics, a new electrical installation, a LiFePO4 battery, a reliable trailer, fitted covers, and full ground-handling equipment. You get in and fly, with no hidden projects and no extra budget needed.
The whole cockpit layout was carefully thought through and finished with real attention to detail, and it is one of the nicer and highly functional cockpits you'll find in this type.
A glider that grows with you
On this glider I flew my first 300km and 500km, earned my Gold and Diamond badges, and reached 5,800m ASL on a wave flight. Hundreds of hours, mostly long cross-country flights, many of them with water ballast. Flown in Poland, Slovakia, and the French Alps.
Very pleasant and predictable. It is reluctant to enter unexpected spins, forgiving of mistakes, and not tiring on long flights. The airbrakes are very effective. Easy enough for a pilot buying a first own glider, yet still rewarding after hundreds of hours.
Water ballast: wing tanks in very good condition, plus a tail ballast tank for full ballast configuration. Around 60 litres is already enough to clearly change the flight characteristics.
Cockpit: very comfortable. I'm 187cm and fit with ease. Excellent visibility, effective ventilation. Upholstery replaced a few years ago, still in good to very good condition.
Rigging and transport: simple and enjoyable, easily done by 2 people, and all control connections engage automatically. With the tail dolly and wing wheel you have full ground-handling independence.
Undercarriage: gear doors and brakes properly adjusted.
Canopy: the "classic" crack visible in the photos is stable and properly secured. It has not changed throughout all 9 years of my ownership; the glider was bought already in this condition.
Trailer: PEDRETTI. Not the famous Cobra, but proven, comfortable, and reliable. I've towed it a lot, across Poland to cross-country camps and repeatedly abroad on very long trips.
History and documentation: happy to share the full logbook and service history with a genuinely interested buyer.
